In 4Pets Mobile the health, safety, care and comfort of your pet are our primary concerns and purpose. We strive to offer a quality, professional service for our clients and their pets. Our well train team is here to offer you and your small friend the best service both of you deserve.

We recognize the special bond that our clients share with their pets and along with their owners; we value their health and well being.

We understand that your pet has many emotions and I will take into consideration the effect a grooming visit may have on them.  We are aware, that some pets, may sometimes suffer from anxiety, nervousness and become a little distressed while visiting a grooming salon. Because we understand your pets feelings we provide this awesome grooming service to ensure that your pet feels comfortable at all times.

Our promise is to ensure that your pet enjoy their grooming/ spa day and relax, but also you as an owners enjoy the inexpensive but best service both of you deserved.

Puppy Grooming Policy

We understand that takes time to teach your puppy to trust someone to touch it all over and to groom it. We recommend after your vaccinations are complete, to have your dog spend 10-20 minutes with us for his first few grooming sessions.  These shorter sessions will let the puppy become accustom to all aspects of grooming. You can help at home by placing the puppy on a small table (the top of the washing machine with a non-slip mat works well) and run your hands over his entire body. Open his mouth, run your hands over his ears, touch his paws and between the pads (this may tickle) and run a brush over his coat. Give plenty of encouragement and praise. Always stop the session before the puppy gets bored or naughty and always end with a happy puppy, which is behaving correctly. These training sessions will also help when the pup has to go to the vet for an examination.

Difficult Dogs Policy

Is very important you understand that dogs that show a tendency to bite or jump around may be muzzled or attached to a grooming arm for his safety and ours.  Dogs that are uncontrollable will be sent home and charged for the amount of grooming that has been accomplished. It is not fair or acceptable to force your pet to accept the grooming session.

We have the right to decline services on any pet that may not be suitable with 4PetsMobile Care Service or jeopardize the safety or well being of my clients. We appreciate your understanding.

Senior Pets & Pets with Health Problems Policy

Once your pet becomes elderly they may not accept a lengthy grooming procedure. For their comfort and safety they will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort, in simple styles.

Pet Injuries Policy

Every precaution is taken to see to it that your pet is handled in a kind, loving, and humane manner. Clients should realize, however, that we are not working with inanimate objects. They sometimes move unexpectedly. Any injury is handled as follows: (1) immediate 1st aid treatment by the team, and (2) notification to the pet owner. There is no reason for any stylist to ever try to hide an injury...accidents do happen. Emergency care is rare but may be necessary. We maintain relationships with nearby veterinarians. All 4PetsMobile Care Services customers are asked to sign our Pet Protection Agreement to specify how emergency care should be handled.

Safety comes first for everyone during the grooming process, people as well as pets. You must inform me prior to grooming if your pet has bitten someone or has aggressive tendencies. Owners will be held liable for any bites or any property damage caused by their pets. I will stop the grooming process if I feel your pet's behavior is compromising his safety or mine. Charges may apply.

Privacy Policy

We use the personal information collected from you to answer your questions, give you an accurate price quote, and advertise services or complete requested services. Such personal information, we collect are not used for any other purpose and are not shared or sold to third parties.

Pictures Policy

4Pets Mobile Care Services LLC may take pictures of your pet, before and after grooming, for our website and advertising.

Payment Methods Policy

We accept Zelle, Cash, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discovery).

Cancellation Policy

It is the client’s responsibility to give us a notice about any changes that have to be made to the appointment.  $25.00 charges if appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours. In the case of bad weather, grooming van under maintenance or some other type of delay; we will inform you as soon as we can. If needed, we will reschedule your appointment. At your first appointment, we will need an up-to-date veterinarian record of rabies shots. (This will help protect your pet as well as others).

Personalized Grooming Policy

Due to high demand and scheduling we will not be able to guarantee a specific groomer being assigned when requested since our groomers are rotated consistently. We can assure you that no matter which groomer we assign to your appointment they will complete the grooming as requested since they have access to past notes and photos from previous grooming.
